If No Services Used
Refund amount is scaled based on the length of time a customer was in their subscription term in combination with the amount the customer has paid. The percentage returned will be based on paid amount not the bundle’s value.
* First three months: eligible for a full refund of amount paid less administrative fee.
* $50 administrative fee.
* Month 4-6: eligible for 50% of amount paid back – no administrative fee applied
* Month 7-9: eligible for 25% of amount paid back – no administrative fee applied
* Month 10-12: No refund – no administrative fee applied
Percentages above will be applied regardless of the customer paid annually or monthly.
